Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation and a process of the active imagination, it can be used with children as well as adolescents and adults.

During the Hypnotherapy process the client is guided into a meditative state of relaxation otherwise known as trance.

Once in the hypnotic state your unconscious mind is open to positive suggestions which allow changes at a deep level to your thoughts, emotions, behaviours  and perception resulting in creating lasting changes in your life.

Whilst in the state of trance the client is completely in control and it is a process which is done with you not to you.
